What ProductPinion Does
Learn how ProductPinion helps Amazon sellers test listing decisions with real shoppers, understand why they choose, and act before buying traffic.
See why shoppers choose
Amazon gives you conversion rate and click-through rate. It does not tell you why. You can see that a listing underperforms without learning that shoppers could not tell what size they were buying.
ProductPinion closes that gap. Show real shoppers the options you are considering, and they tell you which one they would buy and why, in their own words, before you spend anything on traffic.
What you get back
Every test returns four kinds of insight:
-
The vote: See how the split landed across your options as a share of respondents.
-
The reasoning: Every shopper explains their choice in free text. The vote tells you which option won, but the explanations usually tell you why.
-
A confidence figure: See how certain you can be that the winner is actually the winner.
- Above 85%: Act on the result.
- Between 66% and 85%: Treat the result as a lean, not a verdict.
- Below 66%: Your options may be too similar, or you may need more shoppers.
-
Who said what: Break responses down by age, gender, household income, and Prime membership. This helps you identify cases where different audiences prefer different options.
You can also give the full response set to AI. Analyse for me returns key points, sentiment, and suggested actions. PinionGPT lets you interrogate the responses conversationally.
What a test costs
Tests use credits, and one credit represents roughly one shopper response. Polls and Asks use your Pinion Poll credits, while Videos use a separate balance. Unused credits roll over.
The one rule worth knowing
Test one thing at a time. If option A has a different photo and a different title, a win tells you nothing about which change caused it. The templates in the test library use single variables for exactly this reason.
