Sequenced Benefit Test
Compare numbered benefit infographics with Amazon shoppers, identify the claim that lands, and carry the winning sequence into your listing.
Create the infographic
Create an infographic image that numbers your benefits in sequence. Use a title similar to “Top 5 reasons why this product is the best.”
The question this answers
Which infographic that lists benefits is best?
What shoppers are asked
Shoppers see your options and are asked to pick one and explain why.
Which infographic image do you prefer? Why?
Unlike most tests, this question measures preference rather than purchase intent.
How to read the result
Note which benefit gets quoted most, not just which image won. Shoppers explaining their choice will name the one claim that landed. That claim has just earned a promotion: it belongs in your title and your main image, not buried at position four.
Wins are usually about scannability. Shoppers say, “I could take it in quickly” or “it was clear.” Losses are almost always about density: too much text, too many claims, or type that is too small to read on a phone. If the loser had more information, that is your answer: cut, do not add.
If the result is close, your benefits may be interchangeable. Stop testing layouts and find out which benefits actually matter.

- Benefit Bingo Test: Run this first if you are not certain your benefits are the right ones.
- Page Content Test: Carry the winning sequence into your A+ content.
- Keyphrase Test: Promote the most-quoted benefit onto the main image.
